Bloodline (TBA) Netflix
What is it: This Netflix original series focuses on the Rayburn family who run a hotel in the Florida Keys. When their eldest son, Danny, returns home, the family’s dark past begins to resurface.
Why you should watch: This moody neo-noir was a chilling success for Netflix earlier this year. The complicated plotting and dead serious acting style helped to create an unsettling piece of television that felt set apart from other prestige television. If you haven’t had a chance to see the first season, I recommend doing that. It’s a bit of a slow burn, but totally worth it for the weird ramping up of circumstances.
