Big Brother 17 Episode 38 just wrapped up! Here’s a recap of everything that went down, and what we think you should expect to come:
WARNING: Spoilers below (duh).
The episode started off following the surprise eviction. Austin has just been evicted, and Vanessa tells us it’s the hardest thing she’s had to do in this game, while Liz tells us she’s blindsided and now playing on her own.
After Steve wins HOH, Vanessa says she’s happy, but the veto is all that matters.
Vanessa tells Liz that it was her toughest decision, and tries to explain how big a threat they were. She says it was the best for her, but Liz tells us that she’s not dumb and knows she is playing on her own now, but will still go along with Vanessa because she has to.
Vanessa and John make a final 2 deal, while Vanessa explains she has no reason to make a Final 2 deal with Liz as well, as if she stays, only one will remain.
Steve nominates John and Vanessa for eviction.
Some Jury and Brenchel filler.
Vanessa wins the Power of Veto.
Vanessa uses the Power of Veto on herself. Liz is automatically the replacement nominee.
Eviction time. The votes are as follows:

By a vote of 1-0: John is the thirteenth person evicted from the Big Brother 17 house, and the eighth member of the jury.
