WWE wasn’t kidding when they said they would prosecute any fan who broke the rules to the fullest extend of the law. 37 year-old Oscar Ramirez, the fan who jumped the guardrail and got into the ring during the six-man tag team match at Night of Champions, was charged with criminal trespass of a property or building with no forced entry.
Ramirez pled guilty to the charge and got ten days in jail. If the case had gone to trial, he could have been sentenced to as long as six months behind bars.
