As noted before, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was arrested on Wednesday, September 23rd after a bench warrant issued on 9/3 after she missed three hearings that were scheduled to deal with her arrest from late May in Mahoning Township, PA. She was released last Friday on a $2,000 bail, here are the conditions of her release on bail:
She has to report to the Carbon County Adult Parole and Probation Department within 72 hours of her jail release.
She agrees to a zero-tolerance policy for “the possession, control and consumption of alcoholic beverages and non-prescribed medication.”
She agrees to appear in court on December 2nd for charges against her to be read.
Obviously if she violates any of these terms, then another warrant for her arrest will be issued.
Sunny is scheduled to appear in court for a jury trial on December 7th.
