Writer Dan Slott continues to helm the tales of an adult Peter Parker Spider-Man now in the post Secret Wars 2015 All-New All-Different Marvel Comics multiverse or universe (the Secret Wars #8 finale doesn’t ship until later in 2015, so we don’t know the macro Marvel status quo yet). This week, Amazing Spider-Man #1 hits stands; it is one of at least 62 Marvel #1’s (so far) to be launched between October 2015 and February 2016 as part of Marvel Comics’ All-New All-Different Marvel branding.
Spoilers follow for Amazing Spider-Man #1.
Amazing Spider-Man #1 has at least 12 covers including variants out this week. We open with the three Alex Ross ones below. Followed by interior page spoilers for Amazing Spider-Man #1 and then the remaining nine variant covers for the book.
The opening of the issue appears high octane!
Finally, the below nine variant covers round out the three covers above bringing the revealed Amazing Spider-Man #1 covers to twelve… so far!
What do you think about the interior preview pages and the covers including variants?
In terms of this new series, in Dan Slott I trust so I plan to pick up ASM #1 and see what this new era brings.
