Several reports have been surfacing today about none other than Daniel Bryan being on his way to Los Angeles for tonight’s hell In A Cell, possibly to accept Cena’s Open Challenge. Wishful thinking or the real deal? At this point it’s impossible to say. I should therefore stress that the above is strictly rumor until proven otherwise.
New names have also been suggested to answer Cena’s Open Challenge, the two most insistent ones being Samoa Joe and Sheamus.
Samoa Joe is currently attending the Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, CA, so he could indeed easily make it to tonights event. His involvement in the Cena Open Challenge is one of the most insistent backstage rumors in Los Angeles today.
Sheamus is, of course, already scheduled to be at Hell in a cell anyway and his name is cited because he is scheduled to be Cena’s opponent when the current US champion returns in December.
Finally, Tyler Breeze is also often cited backstage, if he indeed accepts the challenge it would partly be to further a feud with Dolph Ziggler.
