Garbage Pail Kids were supposed to be a Wacky Package, but found themselves elevated to its own line of Topps stickers. They were just gross enough to upset parents. The movie brought to life the disturbing toddlers. Now The Garbage Pail Kids Movie is coming to Blu-ray in time for Christmas. Mayor Adam West can rejoice at being able to upgrade his collection. Synopsis
When Dodger (Astin) accidentally releases the Kids from their magical trash can prison, all smell breaks loose.
