Let’s face it – no one was happy with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship results at Survivor Series. You can even see the look on HHH’s face when he was raising Sheamus’ hand that he wasn’t exactly thrilled.
That’s what WWE gets for giving Sheamus the Money In The Bank briefcase to begin with, but enough about that.
Here is what WWE can do to save itself now that Sheamus is the Champ.
It’s simple really: All they have to do to revitalize ratings and get things back on track is to have Daniel Bryan return and beat Sheamus for the WWE Title on Raw … tonight!
Have Bryan beat Sheamus with Reigns’ help, then have Bryan beat Reigns at TLC. Have Brock Lesnar then win the Royal Rumble, and have Lesnar vs. Bryan at WrestleMania.
If Daniel Bryan is not cleared to compete, then the alternative is this: Reigns beats Sheamus to put The Authority out of power for good (make that a stipulation with no loopholes), and then Bryan returns as WWE Commissioner.
Either way, it’s simple – get the belt off Sheamus as quickly as possible, and have Daniel Bryan come back in some way, shape or form.
