A report from ProWrestlingSheet that former WWE star Kharma — aka Awesome Kong in TNA — has wrestled her last match in Japan had started a lot of rumors and speculations these last few days. A Japanese report announcing Kharma would be retiring from wrestling after a doctor advised her to give it up due to health issues had further fueled those rumors.
It now seems that Awesome Kong isn’t ready to retire just yet. Sources close to the wrestler say her contract with TNA ends in January. If she’s not happy with any deal offered, Kharma may possibly hang up her boots and start working on a new career. Until that time comes though, the 38 year-old will still be wrestling stateside.
