Jim Ross Blog: Thoughts On Sheamus As Champion, Thinks Dolph Ziggler Needs To Take A Sabbatical

News

Jim Ross has posted a new blog, sharing his thoughts over the latest WWE events. Here are some highlights:

On Sheamus as Champion:

“WWE has lots of work to do to get Sheamus in a position so that he can pass the title along at the right place, at the right time to the right person. The hotter WWE can make Sheamus the more it wil mean when he loses the title. I’d be curious to see how Sheamus would progress if he were mentored by Arn Anderson, in front of or behind the camera, and adopted some of the Anderson families in ring traits.”

On Dolph Ziggler:

“Is it time for Dolph Ziggler to take a much deserved sabbatical and to then return with a new focus? It’s hard for me to comprehend why Ziggler is not utilized more productively in today’s marketplace in WWE and perhaps getting off the road and allowing him to freshen up isn’t such a bad idea. Yes, I know WWE doesn’t have an overabundance of depth but when a door closes for one talent it should open for another.”

I've been following wrestling for almost 30 years now, and the metal scene for even longer. And let's just say that all that head-banging has left me with some weird ideas that i will share with you from time to time. Aren't you glad?
