Tough Enough Contestant Makes NXT In-Ring Debut, TE Winner Josh Bredl Gets Ring name

News

Last season’s WWE Tough Enough competitor Daria Berenato, who has signed an NXT deal, made her NXT in-ring debut at last night’s live event in Orlando. Berenato is going by her real name, along with the “Jersey Devil” nickname, and was squashed by Nia Jax in a singles match.

Tough Enough winner Josh Bredl also appeared and revealed that his new ring name will be Bronson Mathews. And don’t ask me, I have aboslutely no idea where that name comes from or what it’s supposed to stand for.

I've been following wrestling for almost 30 years now, and the metal scene for even longer. And let's just say that all that head-banging has left me with some weird ideas that i will share with you from time to time. Aren't you glad?
