Vince Russo publicly objected to some of the items in the JBL interview with Eric Bischoff on the WWE Network.
JBL has apparently been denied by WWE to interview Russo. He tweeted:
For the record, LAST time-would like to interview Vince Russo, I think eventually it will happen. Final decision is not mine on either side

Russo then, of course, responded:
Would love to do interview with JBL, would even gladly donate my compensation for it to his charity.Can only happen if WWE makes it happen.

So it looks like Russo is in, JBL is fine with it, so thus we can conclude it is denied by WWE.
