New This Week:
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #0 – As a set up for 2017 film, Kyle Higgin’s brings us the latest addition to the decades-spanning phenomenal franchise! I wasn’t sure about getting this, but, at least for nostalgia’s sake, I don’t think I can pass it up.
Gotham Academy #14 – A new chapter of Gotham Academy begins, along with several guest creators!
Green Lantern Corps: Edge of Oblivion #1: Directly follows the events of Lost Army!
Red Sonja #1: Marguerite Bennett takes over the She-Devil with a Sword!
Walking Dead #150: Things just keep getting worse for the gang in this over-sized anniversary issue!
The Legend of Wonder Woman #1 – A new mini series focusing on Diana’s childhood on Themyscira. This should fill the void left by the cancellation of Sensation Comics for awhile!
Rebels #10 – What I find interesting about this series is the way Brian Wood tells the story of the Revolutionary war not just through so many different eyes, but from different sides of the war. In issue 9, we saw a Native American man ally with the settlers, and now we get the perspective of a Red Coat!
