After it seemed that the pre-Flashpoint post-Convergence Hal Jordan / Parallax was going to be a force for good in the DC Comics New 52 pre-Rebirth, it appears he is actually succumbing to the Parallax entity due to his continued grief over “his” Coast City’s demise in the pages of the classic Emerald Twilight saga (see below’s classic cover) that intrigued, in part, Kyle Rayner / Green Lantern to comics fandom.
Not only did this play out in the recent Green Lantern #50 (spoilers here), but it also plays out in the Telos #6 finale. Also, if your curious about who Telos is, which classic DC Comics was transformed in Telos, check this out.

13th Dimension has the teaser pages for Telos #6 that has Hal Jordan / Parallax turning to the dark side. He needs the Brainiac enhanced Telos to defeat Superman from destroying Parallax’s Coast City.
I have to say that I really enjoyed this splash page that capped off the Telos #6 preview spoilers.
I’m curious how Telos and DC Comics’ sci-fi elements will be reflected in Rebirth. Excited for Telos #6 to hit stands. It has been an under-appreciated gem of a mini-series.
