Uncanny Inhumans #11 hits stands today from Marvel Comics.
It features the debut of Mosaic who will get his own ongoing series as part of the Civil War II fallout and launch of Marvel Now 2016. The character debuts in Uncanny Inhumans #11.
Spoilers and capsule review of Uncanny Inhumans #11 follows.
The Inhumans and Captain Marvel’s forces are after Tony Stark / Iron Man.
At the same time Mosaic debuts. He can infiltrate bodies. And he has eyes on Tony Stark’s money man.
He uses his power to take over Tony Stark’s accountant and…
…consults with his fellow Inhumans on how to take down Tony Stark / Iron Man for kidnapping Ulysses in Civil War II #2 (spoilers here) and…
…in turn moves his money into several different bank accounts leaving Iron Man penniless.
Oooooo…. that is a big way to debut.
And, while the Inhumans want Iron Man for the kidnapping reason above, Captain Marvel and her crew want him because he sees Ulysses differently than she and they do.
Overall Uncanny Inhumans #11 was a great issue visually with a compelling debut for Mosaic! Pretty integral to Civil War II IMHO.
He’s a big part of Marvel Now 2016, but what about the penniless Iron Man?
Well, Doctor Doom has him “handled”? Or maybe not as Riri Williams is not the new War Machine, but the new Invincible Iron Man according to Time Magazine!
So, Tony Stark is broke and no longer Iron Man during and/or after Civil War II? Will he hit the bottle?
Iron Man: Demon in a Bottle II as part of the Civil War II fallout and Marvel Now 2016? Hmmm. Let’s hope not.
