At San Diego Comic Con 2016 (SDCC 2016) it was announced that Civil War II: The Oath waould be an epligoue to Civil War II that would have both Iron Man and Captain Marvel confiding in Captain America Steve Rogers. He in turn, now a long-time Hydra agent due to Red Skull mucking with an Infinity Stone, will cause great havok to the Marvel Now 2016 landscape post Civil War II.

The dark path Marvel is on continues, but this book seems compelling.
