The build to the No Mercy PPV continues. Spoilers and preview follow for Smackdown Live tonight.
With the WWE World Championship match between Smackdown Live’s top 3 superstars, A.J. Styles, John Cena and Dean Ambrose, set for No Mercy expect these 3 to be a major part of tonight’s Smackdown Live show.
While WWE has yet to release their official preview for tonight’s Smackdown Live, they did announce two matches for the show: John Cena vs. Dean Ambrose and The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler.

ORIGINAL:
Here is what we can expect from tonight’s show.
- How will John Cena react to Dean Ambrose’s attitude adjustment, DA’s new state of mind not Cena’s finishing manoeuver, as WWE World Champion A.J. Styles stalks them both?
- What are the details of Intercontinental Champion The Miz’s new contract after Smackdown Live General Manager Daniel Bryan was forced to renegotiate?
- How will the Usos continue to maintain their dominance of the Smackdown Tag Team division as the champions Rhyno and Heath Slater prove they deserve the gold, uh, silver.
- Alexa Bliss has a long hill to climb to establish herself in the WWE Universe’ eyes as a viable challenger for Becky Lynch’s Smackdown Women’s Championship. What statement will Bliss make to let the WWE Universe and Lynch know this is her time?
- Randy Orton is cleared medically to wrestle. Will Bray Wyatt take some revenge on the Viper now that Orton can take bumps?
- We will likely see more set up of Nikki Bella vs. Carmella plus more on Jack “You don’t know Jack” Swagger.
So far, creatively, Smackdown Live tops Raw in my eyes post WWE brand split 2016.
