Welcome to What To Look Forward To!

Here is a quick look at some highlights on the shelves this week. Several #1’s and one-shots out, plus a few new TPBs and HCs to check out, so without further ado let’s dive in…

New This Week:

Justice League / Power Rangers #1 – With both the Justice League the Power Rangers movies just around the corner, now is the perfect time for a crossover! Worlds collide and universes are crossed, as Tom Taylor pens the adventure fans have been waiting decades for.

James Bond: Felix Leiter #1 – Straight from the pages of the successful Warren Ellis run and Andy Diggle’s Hammerhead spin-off, James Robinson shares a tale of Felix Leiter, James Bond’s frequent CIA connection.

The Deep #1 – Also from Tom Taylor, writer of Injustice: Gods Among Us and All-New Wolverine, comes an all-ages adventure featuring a diving family and the monsters they find!

Lobster Johnson: Garden of Bones – Personally, Lobster Johnson has been among my favorite one-shots and mini-series to come out of the last few years. This is a stand-alone story, and a perfect jumping on point for those who have never read and LJ before!

Other issues to look forward to:

Jughead #12

Justice League of America: Vixen #1

Reggie and Me #2

Wonder Woman #14

Collected Editions and OGNs:

Road to Riverdale TPB – Collecting several #1s of the recent Archie-verse series before the new CW starts!

House of Penance TPB – Dark Horse’s latest hit horror series collected!

Batman Vol. 01 I Am Gotham TPB – The first Batman Rebirth arc!
