Marvel Comics, ResurrXion & July 2017 Solicitations Spoilers: X-Men Gold #8 Brings Back Classic Villain With Cover By Controversial Racist & Disgraced Artist Ardian Syaf?

News, Spoilers, Top Story

Marvel Comics and July 2017 Solicitations Spoilers follow.

The Bad: Ardian Syaf has been fired from Marvel‘s X-Men Gold for hidden intolerant messages in his art for X-Men Gold #1, but it looks like X-Men Gold #8’s cover is still an Ardian Syaf original. We’ll see if this is the final cover once July 2017 rolls around.

The Good: That said, X-Men Gold #1 marks the return of X-Cutioner to Marvel X-lore which is a nice return. Plus Ken Lashley on art is good news as is the writing of Marc Guggenheim.
