DC Comics Rebirth, The Button Finale and Doomsday Clock Spoilers follow for The Flash #22.

UPDATED:

Full spoilers and review for the Flash #22, including a BIG step towards JSA Rebirth and Doomsday Clock HERE.

ORIGINAL:

1) Justice Society / JSA Rebirth

The Flash #22 will kick off the Justice Society / JSA Rebirth begun in DC Universe Rebirth #1.

While there was speculation whether the speedster on the lenticular cover to the Flash #22 was Jay Garrick, the Golden Age Flash, or his reverse-Flash called The Rival (spoilers here)…

…the two images of the lenticular cover appear to show Jay Garrick in action.

However, each of the lenticular covers for the Batman and Flash issues of the 4-part Button have switched between 2 different characters, it is possible…

…both the Rival and Jay Garrick return in the Flash #22 since one of the Jay Garrick’s has his face obscured in the lenticular cover while the other one is exposed.

Plus the variant cover also has an obscured face for that “Flash”.

2) Doomsday Clock with the Watchmen / Doctor Manhattan vs. Superman and DC Comics Rebirth

Doomsday Clock is coming; the 4-part contained event mini-series set to begin in November 2017 (spoilers here).

Well, the last few pages of the Flash #22 has leaked early and it sets up Doctor Manhattan vs. Superman in Doomsday Clock!

The Button looks lonely.

From Doctor Manhattan picking up the Button…

…to the Button’s metaphysical metamorphosis into…

…Superman’s “S” shield!

Interesting times ahead!
