Inside Pulse Wrestling’s WWE SmackDown Live Rankings 06.21.17

Welcome to the WWE SmackDown Live Rankings by Inside Pulse Wrestling.

In these rankings we take the top 10 contenders for the WWE World Championship, and Top 5 for each the SmackDown Live Woman’s Championship, & SmackDown Live Tag Team Championship. In the rankings we take 3 major factors into account:

-Win/Loss since the last ranking
-Amount of TV Time dedicated to a particular character and/or storyline
-Logical storyline progression

A new ranking report will be released after the first SmackDown Live after a Pay-Per-View event.

WWE World Champion – Jinder Mahal (since 05.21.17)

Jinder Mahal continues to reign at the top of SmackDown Live! It looks like Randy Orton is in line for one more shot at the title. It looks like the fueds from before Money in the Bank will all fall back into line headed into Battleground. Chad Gable enters the rankings due to only having a singles match on TV since Backlash. Ellsworth gets the final spot for being on TV consistantly, and basically winning Money in the Back!

1. Lana (NR)
2. Carmella (4)
3. Charlotte Flair (3)
4. Becky Lynch (2)
5. Natalya (4)

Lana is scheduled for Title re-match next week. The rest fall in line behind her with the Money in the Bank re-match.

1. The New Day (1)
2. Hype Bros (NR)
3. Breezango (2)
4. The Colons (4)
5. The Ascension (5)

The New Day keeps their eyes on the prize, and looks to be the true #1 contender. They Hype Bros have a chance to leapfrog them with a win next week. American Alpha is absent from the rankings, and have not been on TV as a team since before Backlash.

The next Smackdown Live Rankings are scheduled for July 26, after the Battlegrond PPV!
