Marvel Comics Legacy & Secret Empire Spoilers: Generations: Totally Awesome Hulk / Banner Hulk #1, The Strongest, Connects Secret Empire End To Legacy Launch Via The Vanishing Point?

Spoilers, Top Story

Marvel Comics Legacy and Secret Empire Spoilers for Generations: Totally Awesome Hulk / Banner Hulk #1, The Strongest, follows.

The story is called Vanishing Point? That is the place, for those keeping score, where a second Steve Rogers is during Secret Empire while another Steve Rogers is Captain America heads of Hydra.

It is also now billed as follows by Marvel.

The Vanishing Point

An instant apart!
A moment beyond!
Loosed from the shackles of the past, present and future – a place where time has no meaning!
But where true insight can be gained!
Make your choice! Select your destination!
The journey is a gift…

Ok, get your decoder rings and grammar guides out to review that.

Anyhow…

…Amadeus Cho, the Totally Awesome Hulk, is transported into the past…

…from Washington D.C., presumably from the end of Secret Empire, and gets face-to-face with…

…old school Bruce Banner Incredible Hulk.

Interestingly, although not surprisingly, they fight and then call it a draw. They both revert to their human selves. Amadeous can’t explain why he is transported in the past, but after a Hulks buddy adventure against another even bigger monster…

…Amadeus Cho, the Totally Awesome Hulk, is pulled back into the present or Vanishing Point or somewhere else.

So, if the Vanishing Point has you make a choice of a destination that will become a gift of insight, and Amadeus Cho didn’t know how he got into the past, then it seems like something reads your mind to take you to the past, present or future during Generations… I think.

A curious read where the above pages are the most consequential of the whole issue.
