Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Conor McGregor, also known as “The Money Fight” and “The Biggest Fight in Combat Sports History“, was a professional boxing match between undefeated eleven-time five-division boxing world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. and two-division mixed martial arts (MMA) world champion and at-the-time current UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor. The match took place August 26, 2017 in Paradise, Nevada.

Tobe Hooper(aged 74) was an American director, screenwriter, and producer best known for his work in the horror genre. Among his most recognized films are The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974), which is described as “one of the most influential films ever made”, and Poltergeist (1982), which received three Academy Award nominations.

And our latest entry in the “Horrible Events in History” file brings us the Great Hinckley Fire of 1894. Doug tells the tale how a summer drought, combined with very high temperatures, caused several small fires to start in the pine forests of Pine County, Minnesota.
