Marvel Comics Legacy and February 2018 Solicitations Spoilers follow.
Springing from the Phoenix Resurrection event is a new X-Men Red Marvel Legacy ongoing series anchored by an adult Jean Grey / Phoenix.
Today Marvel revealed the full team.
The team consists of:
- Atlantean and first mutant Namor the Submarine
- Wakandan mutant Gentle
- Nightcrawler
- Gabby
- All-New Wolverine X-23
- New character Trinary
- Adult Jean Grey presumably with Phoenix powers
X-Men: Red joins X-Men Blue with the original 1960’s team X-Men flavor and X-Men Gold with the 1970’s international team X-Men flavor.
Considering that Astonishing X-men used to have Nightcrawler on it and it does not have a color in its name will it be cancelled in February 2018 and replace or just revamped?
Also, with Marvel now big on legacy numbering how long will it take before Uncanny X-Men returns with a big splash with a legacy number?
Stay tuned.
