Answers: Well, the short answers are (1) no, (2) maybe and (3) yes, it appears so.
That Alex Ross classic Thor cover for Mighty Thor #701 was majorly teased for Marvel Legacy as was this.
It also has a classic Thor teased.
However, in Mighty Thor #701, the second issue of the Legacy run, there is no Odinson Unworthy Thor or Jane Foster Mighty Thor. The book is essentially a battle between Volstagg the War Thor and Volstagg.
Mangog destroys the Ultimate Universe Thor hammer that then makes the War Thor revert back to Volstagg; is he dead or alive?
He wants to know where the rest of the Asgardians are. Volstagg isn’t talking, but Malekith the dark elf is and tells Mangog of Asgardia.
