Does Superboy Finally Join Robin On The Teen Titans? Plus Batman!

Batman is on hand to facilitate a vote on Superboy’s membership to the Teen Titans.

Robin votes yes, but the rest vote no.

It’s not about Superboy, but about them Raven notes. This Teen Titans is having a crisis of existence and aren’t ready for new members. They have to fix the Teen Titans first it seems.
