Kate Spencer Manhunter Returning, But What About Delayed Mark Shaw Manhunter Debut?
This stems from news that Julie Benson and Shawna Benson will co-write Green Arrow as of August 2018’s Green Arrow #43 with Javier Fernandez on interior art and Alex Maleev on cover art.
During Wondercon 2018, the Bensons teased the return of Kate Spencer, aka Manhunter, in the pages of Green Arrow.
- The Bensons said that they are officially taking over Green Arrow with artist Javier Fernandez following Ben Percy’s run. Black Canary will in the book, but they plan on keeping the team small, now that Ollie has money again. Their run will begin with Issue #43 in August, and will feature cameros from elsewhere in the DCU (including Kate Spencer), as well a new villain that Ollie “will relate to quite a bit
I’m still waiting on the promised Mark Shaw Manhunter return from the Forever Evil event in 2013.
