The reboot of MacGyver has been doing rather well. I will naturally attribute the success to David Dastmalchian (Ant-Man and Wasp) being cast as the nemesis Murdoc. He knows how to keep a wicked edge on the adventures. This season we got a double dose of Murdoc when Michael Des Barres returned to the show after being the original Murdoc in the previous run. Now you can relive this tagteam action when MacGyver: Season 2 hits DVD on September 18. Here’s the press release from Lionsgate:
