New Batman Issues Contradicts Recent Red Hood Issues and New Red Hood and Outlaws Status Quo?

Jason Todd allegedly killed the Penguin sending him on a dark spiral, a new purpose, and created a schism with his father figure Bruce Wayne the Batman.

The Penguin is back in Batman in November 2018, but the Red Hood still has his new status quo rolling stemming from Oswald Cobblepot’s supposed death. Wha? Solicitations below.
