…and his confronted by his equally youthful father Cyclops / Scott Summer.
He is also confronyed by his youthful mother Phoenix / Jean Grey, but escapes with the young Angel / Warren Worthington III after having also incapacited young Beats / Hank McCoy.
Well, Jean Grey briefs everyone on youthful Cable the hunter and is ready to team with X-Force alumni on his trail.
We then pivot to Cable who is mutilating Angel. My guess is he wants to send all the young X-Men back to their timeline and needs Angel to have his proper feathery wings not his fire wings. Hence the mutilation and the kidnapping of Mimic.
