The first part of this annual (full spoilers here) dealt with OG Outlaws Red Hood and Arsenal as well as leading into Heroes in Crisis #1. It didn’t deal with Starfire, the last of the OG Outlaws, as she’s part of Justice League Odyssey now which set to debut with a shiny #1.
