Heroes In Crisis, Justice League, Batman’s Detective Comics #1000 News Plus Two New Series Announced During Fan Expo Canada 2018’s Weekend DC Nation Panel:
- Heroes In Crisis may feature death of Tim Drake / Red Robin instead of the much implied death of Roy Harper / Arsenal, but that may be Dan DiDio’s “Nightwing must die” humor again.
- Justice League will include Ted Kord at some point; not clear on whether he’ll be in costume as Blue Beetle or not.
- Hawk and Dove series coming from writer Steve Orlando with artists to be named.
- Spectre series coming from writer Peter Tomasi with artists to be named.
- Detective Comics #1000 to feature writers Tom King, Scott Snyder and other writers with artists Greg Capullo, Jason Fabok, Jock and other artists.
- The title, #TEC1K, will also somehow kick-off DC Black Label’s Batman: Three Jokers.
- DC Universe streaming service for Canada expected to launch soon.
