Well, Doomsday Clock #8 leaked earlier. Word circling the internet is that someone in Russia was able to purchase a digital copy. We won’t spoil the main plotline developments and revelations prior to the book’s release on December 5, 2018. However, we will reveal some interesting Easter Eggs and/or moments that whet your appetite for the book.
With that, on top of the interesting Black Adam of Shazam lore appearance (spoilers here), the book remains predominantly about Superman, but Clark Kent’s accomplished journalist wife has a big role too including concerning the long-simmering build to the return of the JSA. Someone wants her on the path to discover what happened to World War II era Justice Society of America.
All signs point to the Watchmen’s Doctor Manhattan involved in the JSA’s fate, but we shall see. Perhaps in Doomsday Clock #10 considering the below is one of its covers.
