Marvel Comics Universe and Fantastic Four #5 / Fantastic Four Four #650 Spoilers and Review follows.
Were There Shenanigans, A Wedding Or Both? Plus Doctor Doom and A LOT More?!
This is a long book with a few stories before the main event as you can see from the opening storyline summary and creators’ credits page.
However, the last twelve pages of this sixty-one page book is where the Jewish wedding happens, but…
…not without shenanigans?
Galactus has arrived on Earth again (although I thought he was good now, but we’ll see I guess) and…
…Doctor Doom promises to take him down since if the FF can do it he can do it; Doom just doesn’t want the FF to interfere.
The Thing comments on these shenanigans, as he knows the Fantastic Four need to take care of Galactus, but…
…this where Mister Fantastic’s wedding comes in handy…
…a device that stops time around them for 4 minutes!
Just enough time to get married…
…kiss…
…and break glass!
Then it’s off to…
…work which…
…may bleed into next issue as Fantastic Four #6 has Doctor Doom on the cover.
The Pulse:
A really long issue where parts felt filler. The last twelve pages were the best. The art was great, the humor, drama and action were entertaining. Overall, those last pages salvage the book. 7 out of 10.
