Variety has confirmed that Kevin Smith’s “Jay & Silent Bob” reboot has begun pre-production. Smith “made the announcement in Jan. 1 tweet: “Spent the first day of 2019 having a #JayAndSilentBobReboot pre-pre-production meeting.”
