DC Comics Universe and Batman #64 Spoilers and Review follows.

The Flash Barry Allen & Batman Team-Up Over Heroes In Crisis Wally West Flash Death Mystery?! Plus Dick Grayson Nightwing / Robin?

The Price is a 4-part cross-over between the Batman and the Flash series.

The book opens with Batman attempting to begin an autopsy on the Wally West Flash, but he can’t bring himself to do it.

We then pivot to a battle with the Justice League where Batman seemingly is seeing things as Superman morphs into Commander Steel and back, but Steel also seemingly died in the pages of Heroes in Crisis.

Then Batman gets wind of some shenanigans going at the Flash Museum. Outdoor statues and indoor attractions are destroyed.

A grieving Flash is still optimistic and helpful to those impacted by the museum disaster.

Batman wants to team-up with the Flash to tackle this new mystery like the old days…

…where we get a flasback to when Batman and the Flash Barry Allen team-up with their sidekicks Wally West when he was Kid Flash and Nightwing Dick Grayson when he was the first Robin.

The book ends with Batman revealing he thinks Gotham Girl was behind the museum’s destruction as…

…readers learn she’s trying to revive her dead brother Gotham!

The Pulse:

Solid art with a frenetic, compelling story. I am intrigued. I was expecting more Heroes in Crisis, but we have 3 more issues to go. 8 out of 10.
