~MATCH #1~
Apollo Crews defeats EC3. I wonder if I can just reprint my review from this match last week. Good thing they pulled EC3 out of NXT for this. I mean, I like Crews too, but they so clearly have no idea what to do with either of these guys, so now they’re fighting for the second week in a row. Is EC3 supposed to be a heel or a babyface? It’s really unclear. They go back and forth, and a bunch of stuff happens. This week, EC3 hits the 1%er to get the pin. A little more exciting than last week’s effort, but sad to see both guys floundering with no direction like this.
Rating: **½

~MATCH #2~
Tyler Breeze & The Lucha House Party (Kalisto & Lince Dorado) defeat Jinder Mahal & The Singh Brothers (Samir Singh & Sunil Singh) in a Six-Man Tag Team Match. This one is action-packed from the get-go. It’s been fun seeing the Singh Brothers wrestling on this show. In the end, Kalisto hits one of the brothers with Salida del Sol, and Dorado follows with the Shooting Star Press to get the pin. Fun little match.

Two solid matches this week and a couple of good recaps make for a perfectly enjoyable episode of Main Event. Tyler Breeze with the Lucha House Party was certainly fun to see.

I grew up and now I write for Inside Pulse. Oh, and one time I saw a blimp!
