WWE Set To Unveil New Championship Belt Title On Monday Night Raw 05/20/19!
As part of its overall tease / preview for tonight’s Raw, WWE plans to unveil a new championship title with the help of WWE alumnus Mick Foley:

One of the more unexpected twists of WWE Money in the Bank — and there was some competition — was the announcement that WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley would return to Raw to unveil WWE’s newest championship. Speculation immediately began about what the former Raw General Manager could have in store for WWE, but hints are scarce.
The championship belt is expected to be defended on both Raw and Smackdown Live with the blue brand stars set to appear tonight on the red brand for the unveiling. Further, while it is not expected to be the return of the Hardcore Championship, it is believed to be using the 24/7 rule and can defended anytime anywhere.
