DC Comics Universe & Heroes In Crisis #9 Spoilers & Review: So, Is Wally West The Flash Really The Sanctuary Killer? Plus What Is His Fate?

Spoilers, Top Story

DC Comics Universe and Heroes In Crisis #9 Spoilers and Review follows.

So, Is Wally West The Flash Really The Sanctuary Killer?

Plus What Is His Fate?

Wally West the Flash is in the midst of a mental health crisis and consoled by himself and others including Booster Gold, Blue Beetle, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn and Batgirl.

When then get a few pages…

…of convoluted storytelling…

…that confounds and confuses…

…some of the characters in the book and readers alike.

Yes, Wally West the Flash is a killer, but he didn’t mean to do it? Then we get into the storyline about how we find a Wally West the Flash body in the first issue of this series.

That would also be a confounding explanation, by Booster Gold, of time loops, etc.

Harley Quinn is still pissed about all of it.

The book ends with Wally West the Flash…

…jailed for being a serial killer.

The Pulse:

Great art, but the core story involving Wally West the Flash is pure nonsense. Most entertaining parts of this issue are the confessionals. A sad end to a story that shows that DC doesn’t get Wally West the Flash. 3 out of 10.
