Elias, with an assist from Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon, to become the fourth WWE 24-7 Champion. Despite being in NXT and the main roster for years, this is Elias’ first taste of gold. This became a preamble for a tag team match between an injured R-Truth and Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre and Elias with Shane McMahon at ringside.

Reigns and Truth won. With McIntyre and McMahon having scurried up the ramp, Reigns helped Truth bang up Elias leading to R-Truth pinning Elias and becoming the fifth WWE 24-7 Champion and the first two-time WWE 24-7 Champion.
