Foreshadowing Legion Of Doom Civil War and Apex Lex Luthor Vs. Sinestro?
The book opens with Apex Lex Luthor sending Sinestro on a mission to eliminate a threat.
He neutralizes one by destroying a planet, but realizes there is more to threat and its warring factions.
We also get an interlude into what else Lex Luthor has brewing at the edge of the galaxy.
In the end, Sinestro did neutralize the threat by eliminating an entire race…
…but kept one alive subservient to Sinestro…
…which Lex Luthor is displeased about; a powerplay is foreshadowed.
The Pulse:
A very confusing story with new characters that readers don’t have any reason to care about with art that feels stale. Great cover though, but the interior doesn’t measure up. 4 out of 10.
