The new content was an interesting way of given importance to this reprint as well as beefing up the eventual collected edition of Major X which will undoubtley collect the mini-series as well as Major X #0 with its new story and 19 year old reprint content. I won’t rate this issue as most of it is reprint, but I will say I found the few pages of new story interesting. N/A rating.
