On Monday night’s performance finale of The Voice, finalists Rose Short, Katie Kadan, Ricky Duran and Jake Hoot squared off for the final time before the winner is crowned. The contestants were each asked to sing a solo cover, a new song and a holiday duet with their respective coach.
I caught up with Rose on the red carpet immediately after the show to get her take on her final competitive performances of the season. I asked Rose to breakdown the night for me. We also chatted about Rose’s relationship with her coach Gwen Stefani. I asked Rose to tell me if it was tougher to work in prisons or compete on The Voice. Finally, I talked to the contestant about whether she felt it was an advantage or disadvantage to perform last on the final performance show of the season.
