…her becoming the Red Cloud.
We then pivot back to the Justice League and Legion of Doom battle…
…but then move to another flashback.
Clark Kent reveals himself as Superman earlier to Fire Chief Melody Moore who he plans to endorse in the upcoming mayoral election.
At the end of that chat, we see when the Legion of Doom landed in Metropolis for that battle in the present.
It appears former Manhunter Mark Show now Leviathan has aligned himself with the Legion of Doom?! Mark Shaw is nor a full-on villain?
An ending that we knew was coming from the revealed cover to Action Comics #1019 for the last few months.
Perhaps its not an alliance that will list as per the Action Comics #1020 cover?

The same goes for this issue. Plus the ending cliffhanger is anti-climatic based on DC Comics solicitation requirements. Ok issue, but no “wow” parts or surprises. Decent art too. 5.5 out of 10.
