Demi-God Returns Via Successful Crowdfunding Campaign!

The campaign details are below via Kickstarter.

Jason’s hero’s journey begins here, and it’s a bumpy ride!

One part Deadpool-style mayhem, one part Thor-inspired mythic might, DEMI-GOD is a superhero story that breaks everything, including the fourth wall. There’s big action, big muscles, and big collateral damage. It’s the tale of an aimless slacker suddenly granted the power of a god. How do you think he handles it? And if there’s a new hero in town, won’t villains notice?

Written by Ron Marz (Silver Surfer, Green Lantern) and illustrated by Andy Smith (Earth 2, Quasar), from a concept and characters created by Bart Sears (Justice League, Legends of the Dark Knight), DEMI-GOD is over-the-top superhero action set in New York City.

The initial issues of Demi-God were released as monthly comics through IDW Publishing. Now, we’re collecting the complete story, all four issues, for the very first time in this 144-page trade paperback, loaded with extras including a complete cover gallery featuring artists like Bob Layton, Rick Leonardi, Darryl Banks, Bart Sears, Ian Churchill and more, plus a 12-page bonus story and an extensive sketchbook section. Here, take a look at some NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN pages

…Once fully funded, this comic-sized softcover will give readers the full Demi-God experience! But wait, there’s more! We have some incredibly cool stretch goals planned and if we can reach our ultimate funding goal of $15,000, we’ll use that additional funding to upgrade the format and presentation of the book into a lavish, oversize hardcover.

Congrats to the Ominous Press team for a successful crowdfunding campaign.
