DC Comics Continues To Play Games – Keep Away and Hot Potato – With Event Leviathan: Checkmate #1?! (Sans Spoilers)
Despite all three (3) of DC Comics’ current distributors having three (3) different dates for Event Leviathan: Checkmate #1 to hit stands, none came to pass.
Now Midtown Comics, of DC’s distributors notes its been bumped again, this time to June 24, 2020. At press time, the other two distributors, Diamond and DCBS, have release dates in the past that were not achieved.
This is a very different looking Checkmate team. Anyhow, here’s the OG solicitation for the issue; don’t mind the stale release date.
