Marvel Comics and Juggernaut #1 Spoilers and Review follows.
Curious New Role For X-Men’s Professor X Charles Xavier’s Brother Cain Marko As Immortal Hulk Looms!
The book has a few other variant covers in addition to the above.
Plus the main cover.
We open with a bit of summary of who Juggernaut was and is now.
He needs work and is a one-person demolition team.
In that work he finds out a new super-powered non-mutant character D-Cel.
Despite him wanting to help her, they fight and…
…he falls on her unintentionally?! There’s an interesting social commentary as well about people rather recording the event on their mobile device instead of actually helping out.
Luckily she’s ok, and…
…their fight got lots of view, but what is trending…
…is a stop the Hulk campaign?!
The Pulse:
An interesting first issue, but light on action for a book about Juggernaut. Still, I enjoyed it and the art and am eager for the battle with Hulk next issue. 6 out of 10.
