The book opens with the Flash getting readers caught up on the last few issues including that Dr. Alchemy used a chemical the Flash created to allow Alchemy to wield his powers without the physical Philosopher’s Stone.
Dr. Alchemy seems now controlled by the powers of the stone which are within him now as are the personalities of previous stone bearers.

The Pulse:
Not a fan of his new opening arc by the new creative team, but it was nice to see Alchemy back and the layers that were added to his character. Art was so-so. 5.5 out of 10.
