DC Comics & Dark Nights Death Metal #6 Spoilers and Review follows.

Battles Waged and A BIG Death As…

….ONE Universe Reboot Looms!

This issue has A LOT more variant covers here.

The main cover is pretty epic too.

The remaining forces of Earth, heroes and villains, battle against the sinister forces awaiting…

…Wonder Woman and Lobo?

However, a Darkseid has entered the fray, with a baby Metron, having stolen the journal of Hawkman Carter Hall of the Justice Society of America (JSA) that Wonder Woman was going to use to rekindle the multiverse.

Elsewhere, the evolved Batman Who Laughs (now the Darkest Knight with the powers of the Watchmen and Doomsday Clock’s Doctor Manhattan) battles the mother of multiverse Perpetua for the supreme power to recreate everything in their own image!

Well, Perpetua loses, but is she dead as the Darkest Knight believes?

As a result, the sinister shadow forces ebb…

…but the Darkest Knight presence looms…

Despite Darkseid having the journal, Wonder Woman devises a plan to create…

…one universe…

…where everything that came before, everywhen, matters.

It appears she is successful as Superman is the first to remember everything as…

…Wonder Woman gets ready to battle the Darkest Knight for the universe which is presumably part of a new multiverse.

The Pulse:

An epic feeling yarn with great art. Drama, action and more, but some slow parts too; the product of decompressed storytelling no doubt. Was expecting more of the Robin King since he featured on three of this issue’s variant covers. An entertaining read nonetheless. 7 out of 10.
