Shout! Factory TV Announces Black History Month Specials

Shout! Factory TV features plenty of great documentaries and special episodes of talkshows. You can watch Dick Cavett talking with James Brown, Muhammad Ali, Red Foxx and more. Johnny Carson invites Flip Wilson, Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor to his sofa. The documentaries include how James Brown calmed down the violence in Boston in the wake of Martin Luther King Jr.’s assassination.

SHOUT! FACTORY TV CELEBRATES BLACK VOICESWITH BLACK HISTORY MONTH COLLECTIONSTREAMING BEGINNING FEBRUARY 1
In celebration of Black History Month this February, Shout! Factory TV proudly presents a collection of films and television series that amplify Black voices and stories in entertainment. The collection includes powerful documentaries exploring Black history and culture, concert films that highlight brilliant performances, and feature films and series that spotlight influential Black figures and their experiences.
From The Night James Brown Saved Boston, which showcases the pivotal role James Brown played in the civil rights movement, to the groundbreaking performance/variety series Soul!, to Proud, which tells the story of the historic World War II battleship with an entirely segregated Black crew, Shout! Factory TV observes Black History Month by highlighting content that celebrates a wide range of contributions of the Black community. 
The collection will be available February 1 for viewing on demand on ShoutFactoryTV.com; Shout! Factory TV’s Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple TV, and Android apps; and on various Shout! Factory TV branded channels including Tubi, Amazon Prime Channels, and the Roku Channel.
